YANMAR shows versatility of its GHP solutions at MCE 2018 in Milan

YANMAR shows versatility of its GHP solutions at MCE 2018 in Milan

At MCE, YANMAR will demonstrate its growing importance for the Italian market as a global supplier of renewable energy and very efficient HVAC systems by showcasing the versatility of their different solutions powered by Gas Heat Pump (GHP) technology. MCE (Mostra Convegno Expocomfort, Milan, Italy, 13-16 March) is the unique marketplace and the global event for companies in the HVAC+R and energy efficiency sectors. YANMAR will be exhibiting in Hall 15, Stand P40 to explain the applications, systems and their benefits. YANMAR will be co-exhibiting with Germany-based RMB/ENERGIE – a Yanmar owned company – showing their highly efficient, yet very compact neoTower® units: combined heat and power (CHP) or cogeneration micro-systems powered by gas.

Using gas as a natural fuel source, the YANMAR GHP variable refrigerant flow (VRF) air-conditioning systems provide highly efficient and yet extremely comfortable gas powered heating and cooling for buildings. Their efficiency is due to the fact that engine heat can be reclaimed and used for additional heating or hot water usage in cooling mode. Electrical power consumption is approximately only 1/10 of a similar class electric air conditioning unit and reductions in running costs can be up to 60%. Besides, GHP systems emit lower levels of harmful substances like NOx, SOx, and CO2, and are therefore friendly to the environment.

Versatile systems for A/C, Refrigeration and Geo-Thermal

YANMAR GHPs supply the energy for:

  1. Air-conditioning systems with a unique YANMAR Chiller unit with integrated heat exchanger
  2. Air-conditioning systems with a GHP accompanied by a hydrobox
  3. Refrigeration systems (temperatures between 0° and 10°C, e.g. for fresh fruit, vegetables, flowers)
  4. Geo-Thermal systems (systems using free energy captured from the earth or ground water)
Growing dealer network in Italy

All energy systems are supplied by YANMAR and installed through their experienced and well-trained distributor network. The company is rapidly expanding in Italy with Mr. Gabriele Antonioli as the Area Sales Manager of YANMAR Europe BV, who is based in Italy. Mr. Antonioli is strongly developing the Italian market and has already appointed 8 dealers for sales, installation & service throughout the entire country.

New 10,000 & 20,000-hour GHP maintenance kits

In order to perform required maintenance easily and according to manual, YANMAR has developed two all-inclusive maintenance kits for both 10,000 and 20,000 hours’ maintenance of the GHP units. With all the necessary genuine YANMAR parts and components included in the kits, they contribute to trouble-free operation.
